Services and Technical Support
for the Balloon Industry

Aracelis offers comprehensive training services, maintenance, modernization
and customized projects for the balloon printing industry.

Training, consulting, and developments in the balloon printing process

In addition to manufacturing machines, we act as technical partners, offering services aimed at the continuous improvement of the balloon printing process. Our work focuses on increasing production efficiency, reducing waste, improving print quality, and developing customized projects.

We apply practical knowledge gained from experience on the factory floor to guide technical decisions, reducing recurring costs associated with trial and error throughout the process and delivering proven solutions for both large industries and companies that are new to balloon printing.

Training and Consulting on Balloon Printing Processes

We offer training and consulting focused on organizing and improving the balloon printing process. We take a practical approach, supporting process adjustments, operational standardization, and fault reduction, always considering the reality of the operation.

The work can range from initial guidance to structuring more advanced routines, helping to make the process clearer, more stable, and more efficient.

Retrofitting and Modernization of Machines

Completely replacing equipment is not always the best solution. Through retrofitting and modernization services, we upgrade existing machines to improve performance, reliability, and operational safety.

The work may include modernizing outdated automation and control systems, replacing devices with a history of failures, improving electrical panels, and correcting undersized designs. The goal is to reduce technical downtime, increase process stability, and make day-to-day operations more predictable.

When necessary, we also make adjustments in accordance with NR-12, contributing to a safer working environment that complies with regulatory requirements without compromising productivity.

Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance of Printing Machines

Maintenance aims to keep the machine operating stably and ensure peace of mind for the operation. We perform preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance on printing machines from different manufacturers, supporting fault identification, specific corrections, and performance preservation over time.

Services can be provided on an ad hoc basis or under contract, with visits scheduled as needed. Where applicable, we also offer remote support for diagnosis and technical guidance, reducing downtime.

Supervisory Systems and Process Control

Supervisory systems allow real-time monitoring of production. By collecting data from the machines, it is possible to view information such as production rate, number of balloons per hour, setup times, downtime due to failure, loss rates, and overall operational efficiency.

This data is organized in a single interface, facilitating process management and providing production managers with a clear view of the performance of each machine and the line as a whole. The goal is not only to monitor, but also to support more assertive decisions based on real data rather than estimates.

For the balloon industry, this type of system directly contributes to production standardization, waste reduction, better use of equipment, and greater operational predictability, bringing a level of control normally seen only in more mature industrial operations.

Custom designs for balloon printing

Not every printing application fits standardized solutions. That is why we develop customized projects for balloon printing, combining engineering and creativity to create solutions tailored to each production need.

We work from concept definition to project development, considering factory layout, balloon type, number of colors, desired productivity, and level of automation. The focus is on structuring functional, stable solutions that are aligned with actual production needs.

Customized projects may involve adaptations to existing machines, development of new equipment, or specific process adjustments, always with the aim of facilitating implementation and ensuring consistent results throughout the operation.
