Designed for high productivity and applications that require strong visual impact all around the balloon.

This machine is configured with an efficient set of printing heads, including two simultaneous printing heads for front and back, 90º balloon rotation with a pneumatic system between them, and a vertical head to complete the top print area.

It also features 18 indexed balloon stations and an automatic drying duct, allowing proper drying with different types of inks.

These configurations allow fully balanced printing across the 5 print sides, with speeds of up to 1,500 balloons per hour and easy operation.

In addition to these and other advantages, the carousel printer offers minimal energy waste, low compressed air consumption, and the possibility of integration with our automatic balloon feeder.
